If you have already set a first appointment with me, you will need to fill out some forms before you come for your first meeting. To access these forms, login with the username and password I have given you over the phone. A new menu called "For Clients" will show up below the main menu. It has a button called "Forms". Click on that button, and you will be able to view and print the forms from that page.

Fill out the forms you printed, and bring them to our first meeting.
